Water and Sewer Charges

Just a reminder to our residents. Starting with August 10th billing, the city will begin charging the new water and sewer rates that were addopted on January 26, 2021.
Water: The first 2,000 gallons used per month shall be billed at the rate of $28.85, which is the minimum billing amount. Amounts in excess of 2,000 gallons per month shall be billed at $3.46 per 1,000 gallons.
Sewer: The first 2,000 gallons used per month shall be billed at the rate of $27.50, which is the minimum billing amount. Amounts in excess of 2,000 gallons per month shall be billed at $3.06 per 1,000 gallon increment.
